African Ginger is an indigenous African plant, with good anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It has over the years been used successfully for tension headaches, PMS ans menstrual cramps.

Devil’s claw promotes flexibility in joints, reducing the pain of arthritis and rheumatism.

Feverfew has been proven to bring relief in migraine sufferers, especially with regular use.

White Willow Bark has analgesic and antipyretic (reduces fever) properties. It is also effective in pain of inflammatory origin, like arthritis where it can also help reduce the swelling of painful joints, also rheumatism and backaches.

Quercitin displays anti-inflammatory properties and helps to alleviate rheumatoid arthritis.

It is also a powerful antioxidant.

Malic Acid increases the amount of ATP in the body and therefore helps to increase the pain threshold of the body. This is particularly significant for fibro-myalgia sufferers.

Normal dosage is 1-2 Capsules daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Caution: Use with caution if you have a peptic ulcer (eg take with food)

Do not use if taking anti-coagulant therapy.
